We developed an Augmented Reality (AR) mobile application that allows users to set up complex storage systems independently, without expert intervention.
Visual Setup Guide: The AR app scans the user’s system and provides a visual demo of how to plug in each cable correctly, step-by-step.
System-Specific Instructions: The app shows cables based on the user’s specific system size and configuration, reducing confusion.
Error Detection: The app gives immediate feedback if a cable is plugged in incorrectly, preventing potential system damage.
Self-Serve Setup: Users can set up the system independently without needing to rely on external experts, even in remote or restricted locations.
