We picked and solved 2 core screens - cargo booking and identifying flights. The core experience is 2 screens with multiple scenarios leading to an over 100-screen deliverable.

Air Cargo software is a large system that has over 500 screens, with over 100 fields on a single page. There are 100s of scenarios that the system addresses based on the cargo sent, the size of the cargo, countries, ports, layovers, hops, and more.

At airports, passengers are checked in at counters according to their flights. But this process is time-consuming and difficult to manage.
What we did
We designed software that helps airports check-in according to their airline instead of their flight.
Impact
3x faster passenger check-in by reducing the process
from 6 steps to 2 steps.
Reduced the number of upfront shown fields for Airline Cargo Booking from 100+ to 10 fields. The other fields show up contextually and on progressive disclosure. This reduced the cognitive load for the operator in the most frequently used use case.
